What we collect
The details you enter in the membership form (identity, contact, family, church history, service interests and an optional photo) and the prayer requests you submit.
Why we collect it
To register you as a member, care for you pastorally, contact you about church life and events, and keep the church’s records in order. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only authorised church leaders and administrators. Prayer requests appear publicly only after review, and only with the name you choose to show.
How long we keep it
While you are a member, and afterwards only for as long as needed for church records or the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Contact Apostle Nelly Perman on 083 425 0184.
How we protect it
Information is stored on a secured server, access is limited by role, and every administrator action is logged.
